About the shop
Myroork is an online shop specialising in fishing tackle. We sell and deliver within the State of Kuwait only.
Orders
You will receive a confirmation message when you place an order. That message acknowledges your order; it is not by itself acceptance of it. Your order is accepted when we prepare it for dispatch.
We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if a price or description is wrong, or if we suspect misuse. Where the order has been paid for, we refund it in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar and include any applicable taxes. We accept KNET and bank cards through our online payment gateway.
Prices may change at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one shown when you placed it.
Delivery
We deliver within Kuwait, and delivery is free on orders of 20 KD or more. Any delivery charge is calculated and shown to you before you pay.
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Returns and refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy sets out how returns and refunds work, and forms part of these terms.
Products and images
We do our best to describe and photograph every product accurately. Even so, colours can vary between screens, and a manufacturer may change a specification without notice.
Warranty
Where a product carries a manufacturer's warranty, that warranty's own terms and duration apply. Breakage or damage caused by misuse, or by normal wear, is not covered.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for any order placed through your account. Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised use.
Limits of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Fishing is undertaken at your own risk, and we are not liable for injury or loss arising from the use of equipment.
Nothing here affects any right given to you by Kuwaiti consumer protection law.
Privacy
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published here when you placed it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
